If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding the services covered by that agreement, the signed agreement controls.

The Website provides general real estate information, property-search tools, educational resources, consultation scheduling, brokerage and agent information, and ways to contact My Real Estate Store.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a substitute for property-specific investigation or advice from appropriately licensed real estate, legal, tax, lending, insurance, inspection, appraisal, engineering, environmental, or other professionals.
2. No Agency or Brokerage Relationship Created by Website Use
Viewing the Website, creating a search, saving a property, requesting information, submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, receiving an automated message, or communicating through the Website does not by itself create a broker-client, agency, fiduciary, representation, employment, partnership, or contractual relationship.
A brokerage or agency relationship is created only through an appropriate written agreement when required by applicable law. My Real Estate Store may decline a request for services, subject to applicable law and fair housing obligations.
3. Property Listings, IDX, and MLS Information
Property listings and related information may be supplied through an Internet Data Exchange (IDX), Multiple Listing Service (MLS), public records, listing brokers, builders, property owners, or other third-party sources.
Listing information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, changed, withdrawn, sold, rented, or otherwise unavailable without notice. Photographs, maps, measurements, square footage, school information, taxes, assessments, property features, status, pricing, and availability must be independently verified. Display of a property does not represent a guarantee, recommendation, solicitation, or offer by My Real Estate Store.
Users must not scrape, harvest, systematically download, reproduce, republish, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit listing data or Website content except as expressly permitted in writing or by applicable law and MLS rules.
4. No Guarantee of Results
My Real Estate Store does not guarantee that a user will qualify for financing or assistance programs; receive a grant, loan, property, offer, contract, appraisal, inspection result, settlement, commission, referral, business opportunity, or particular transaction outcome; or achieve a particular price, timeline, savings, return, or result.
Market conditions, property availability, eligibility rules, lender requirements, seller decisions, buyer decisions, inspections, appraisals, underwriting, title matters, laws, regulations, and third-party actions may affect results.
5. User Responsibilities
When using the Website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when voluntarily submitting forms, creating an account, requesting services, or scheduling appointments.
- Use the Website only for lawful, personal, and legitimate real estate or business purposes.

Some property-search functions may allow you to create an account, save searches or properties, and receive listing alerts. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Alerts are provided for convenience and may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or unavailable. You remain responsible for independently confirming listing status, availability, deadlines, and property information with a licensed professional.
7. Forms, Appointments, Email, and Text Messages
Submitting a form or requesting an appointment does not guarantee acceptance, availability, representation, or confirmation. An appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from My Real Estate Store or its scheduling system.
When you provide contact information, we may respond using the method requested or reasonably related to your inquiry. Marketing email or text messages will be sent only as permitted by applicable law and the consent presented at collection. Consent to marketing is not required to obtain brokerage services. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. You may use an email unsubscribe link or reply STOP to an applicable text. Reply HELP for applicable text-message assistance.
Electronic communications may not be secure, immediate, or error-free. Do not use general Website forms, ordinary email, or text messages to transmit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, wire instructions, or other highly sensitive information. Independently verify all payment and wire instructions using a trusted telephone number.
8. Educational Materials and Readiness Resources

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, remove notices from, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission. Third-party listing data, trademarks, photography, and materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may integrate or link to IDX/MLS tools, maps, GoHighLevel forms or scheduling, lenders, title or settlement providers, inspectors, social networks, video platforms, analytics, advertising services, and other third-party websites or services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and practices. My Real Estate Store does not control and is not responsible for unaffiliated third-party content, security, accuracy, availability, products, services, decisions, or conduct. A link or integration does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
13. Website Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or update any portion of the Website, content, tools, or features at any time. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, security issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect access.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. My Real Estate Store disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a separate written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, duty, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Real Estate Store and its owners, managers, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from reliance on Website content, listing inaccuracies, third-party services, service interruptions, unauthorized access, or inability to use the Website.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not alter obligations expressly accepted in a separate written agreement.

17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's law must apply. Subject to applicable law and any controlling written agreement, disputes relating solely to these Terms or Website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
18. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
